Reporting Use of Force

Agencies will be able to choose the data-sharing process that best fits their agency protocol for documenting a reportable use-of-force and for incident-based CAD data for all calls for service.

When the data entry application is live, this page will host a login button for the WADEPS Use-of-Force Reporting Tool.

Each primary agency point-of-contact (APOC) for WADEPS will be responsible for determining access and roles for their specific agency (e.g., who may create, review, and/or approve use-of-force records) within the WADEPS reporting tool.

All active commissioned officers will be able to review data pertaining to their individual use of force records.

All active commissioned officers will need to activate their unique WADEPS ID in order to access the reporting tool. Multi-factor authentication is required.

Agency staff who need access to the reporting tool and who are not commissioned officers will need to be authorized by their agency point-of-contact within the Reporting Tool before an account can be created. Multi-factor authentication is required.
