Provide your officers with tools and encouragement during onboarding and earn a chance to win a can of delicious Cougar Gold cheese!

The Goal

Within the first 100 days:
100% of active officers have completed Course One training.
Hosted in the CJTC learning platform, this foundational course is designed to help leaders and officers better understand the legislative requirements and what use-of-force data is to be shared by agencies with WADEPS. The course supplements existing CJTC training on the use of force and related topics.
100% of active officers have set up their confidential WADEPS ID number.
It’s an easy five-minute task. An officer’s WADEPS ID has two purposes: it provides a confidential link to use-of-force incident data and it enables officers to log in to the WADEPS UOF Reporting Tool. Details will be provided in Phase Two of onboarding.

The Rewards

A Tasty Treat
